Covid-19 Updates:

April 16th, 2021

The Grand Tradition has continued to monitor the developments around the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Outbreak. These changes happen frequently, we are trying to get up to date information out to all our guests when it is available to us.

State and County Guidelines:

The County of San Diego is currently in the Orange Tier framework of the Blueprint for Safer Economy  framework here.  This blueprint provides criteria for loosening and tightening restrictions on activities. Each county in California is assigned a tier based on vaccine distribution, test positivity and adjusted case rate for tier assignment including metrics from previous weeks.

The County of San Diego is allowed to open restaurants, movie theaters, places of worship and museums indoors at a 50% capacity with modifications. The Grand Tradition is adhering to State and County mandates, which includes requiring all guests and employees to wear face masks, wash hands, sanitize all surfaces frequently and practice safe social distancing.

The State of California has released “Beyond the Blueprint” which may allow all industries to return to usual operations by June 15th, 2021 with common-sense risk reduction measures such as masking and vaccinations click here. For this to happen there are two criteria’s that need to be met: Equitable vaccine availability and consistently low burden of disease. If these two criteria are met, the State can be released from the color tiered system. Additional information has not been released on how this effects all industries, when available we will update.

The Grand Tradition understands the importance of slowing the spread of COVID-19, so we have modified our business operations, please see below:
