Packages are based on guest count and menu selection, and include the following:

  • Four hours of private use of Beverly Mansion and/or Arbor Terrace Pavilion (plus 1 hour setup time)
  • Tables, linens, dinnerware, flatware, stemware, table numbers and reserved signs
  • Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions
  • Audio visual equipment including projection screen and microphone
  • LED room up lighting in your choice of color(s)
  • Designated guest parking

Food and Beverage

  • Your choice of Full Dinner Service or Desserts
  • Coffee, hot tea, iced tea, ice water, juices, and sodas

Professional Grand Tradition Staff

  • Personal Coordinator, Event Manager and full banquet staff
  • Executive Chef and culinary staff
