Hors d’oeuvres reception packages require a $5000 minimum with the following included:

Venue

  • Four hours of private use of Beverly Mansion and/or Arbor Terrace Pavilion (plus 1 hour setup time)
  • Tables, linens, dinnerware, flatware, stemware, table numbers and reserved signs
  • Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions
  • Audio visual equipment including projection screen and microphone
  • LED room up lighting in your choice of color(s)
  • Designated guest parking

Hors d’oeuvres Reception Service

  • Your choice of tray passed hors d’oeuvres (see menu options on page 2)
  • Coffee, hot tea, iced tea, and ice water

Professional Grand Tradition Staff

  • Personal Coordinator, Event Manager and full banquet staff
