  • Four hours of private use of Beverly Mansion or Arbor Terrace Pavilion (plus 1 hour setup time)
  • Tables, linens, dinnerware, flatware, stemware, table numbers and reserved signs
  • Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions
  • Audio visual equipment including projection screen and microphone
  • LED room up lighting in your choice of color(s)
  • Designated guest parking
