Q. Are there any additional fees?
A. The per person pricing is all inclusive; there is a 20% service and sales tax applied to that cost. There are no additional rental or site fees.

Q. What is included in the package?
A. Page 2 of the brochure lists everything included in our package. It is all-inclusive: ceremony, reception, tables, linens, chairs, food and coordinator.

Q. Is there a price difference for the Beverly Mansion or Arbor Terrace?
A. No, the price for both venues is the same.

Q. How far out should I book my wedding date?
A. Most couples book 9-12 months out.

Q. Do you have more than one wedding a day?
A. The Estate can accommodate one wedding at each venue. The venues are totally separate from each other and the ceremony start times are an hour apart. Separate staff, coordinator, parking lots and dressing rooms are provided.

Q. Can we sample the food?
A. The Grand Tradition Estate offers menu tastings for booked couples. We are able to provide the majority of our menu items for sampling.

Q. How do we book a date?
A. We require a non-refundable deposit of $1500 and a signed contract. This can be taken care of in person or via phone/email.
